Correctly installs Hardline connectors

Accurately estimate headroom on hoisting grips for trunk lines
Fully troubleshoot topside issues
Edit/ review JSA HSA DAILY and documents per Carrier/Vendor/Tower owner requirements
Assists/understands COPs
Use ATC Lite or like device to set RETS
Estimates # of supports fabricate routing solutions as per carrier/vendor
Effectively manage tower technicians to perform specific tasks that are delegated
Complete any other tasks or duties assigned by the Foreman
Ability to trouble shoot and good interpersonal skills are keys for success in this role.
Individuals must be able to climb cell phone towers, be comfortable at extreme heights and with stand weather conditions. Please do not apply if you are afraid of heights or cannot work outside in the different weather conditions for long hours.
High school Diploma or G.E.D.
Previous telecommunications experience helpful
